Overview

Course listings let divers find and enquire about your training programs through ScubaDiverLink. Unlike trip bookings, course enquiries go directly to you — divers contact you to discuss dates, prerequisites, and enrolment. There is no platform booking fee on courses.

Step-by-Step: Creating a Course Listing

  1. Go to Manage Trips → + New Course.
  2. Fill in the course details: name, certification agency (PADI, SSI, NAUI, TDI, etc.), certification level, duration, price guide, prerequisites, and a description.
  3. Add up to 5 photos of previous students, the training environment, or course materials.
  4. Click Publish. Your course appears in search results and on your business profile under the Courses tab.

Managing Course Enquiries

  • When a diver submits an enquiry, you receive an email notification and an in-app notification in Bookings → Course Enquiries.
  • Click Respond to reply directly to the diver's email.
  • Agree on dates, prerequisites, and payment privately. Payments are handled outside the platform unless you set up a manual Stripe payment.

Updating or Pausing a Course

Open the course listing in Manage Trips and click Edit. To temporarily remove it from search without deleting it, toggle the listing to Draft.
