Stripe processes payouts to your connected bank account within 2 business days of each confirmed booking. You connect your bank once via Stripe Connect — after that, payouts are automatic and fully transparent in your Stripe dashboard.

Yes — you're in full control. You define the refund percentages by how many days before departure a diver cancels. For example: 100% refund if cancelled 7+ days out, 50% within 3 days, nothing day-of. The system enforces it automatically — no manual work on your end.

If a trip is cancelled due to a confirmed harbour closure, ScubaDiverLink triggers automatic full refunds to all affected divers. You receive a notification and the trip is removed from active listings. No manual processing required on your part.

Yes. Your operator profile — name, location, description, photos, specialties, and social media links — is free forever with no expiry and no credit card required. You'll appear in search results and on the map so divers can find you. The paid subscriptions (Standard / Premium) unlock trip listings, bookings, and business tools when you're ready for them. Standard and Premium plans include a 14-day free trial.

The Starter plan allows up to 5 active trip listings. Standard allows 20, and Premium gives you unlimited listings. You can archive and re-activate trips at any time — archived trips don't count toward your limit.

Your trips appear in ScubaDiverLink's trip search when divers search by destination, date, or trip type. Standard and Premium operators receive boosted placement in results. Premium operators are also featured in the "Upcoming Trips" section seen by divers browsing their next adventure — giving you significant additional visibility at the moment they're ready to book.

You set the minimum certification requirement for each trip. Divers store their certifications on their profile and the platform automatically verifies eligibility at booking — preventing under-qualified divers from reserving seats. You can also require digital waiver signing and emergency contact information before a booking is confirmed.

Yes. Standard and Premium plans support multiple vessels and departure points under one account. You can assign different crew members to different boats and manage each independently from the same dashboard. Ideal for multi-boat operations or operators with more than one departure port.

You can choose between full platform booking (divers pay through ScubaDiverLink, funds flow via Stripe Connect) or a link-out model where divers are directed to your existing website to complete the booking. The full booking model gives you access to all automated features — waivers, reminders, weather alerts, and instant confirmation. The link-out model is great if you already have an established booking workflow.
