Confirm or decline reservations, view diver profiles, track payment and waiver status, and access the trip manifest.

Overview

The Bookings section is your central hub for all reservations. Confirm or decline new bookings, view diver profiles, track payment and waiver status, and access the trip manifest before departure.

  • Go to Bookings in your account. The table shows every reservation across all your trips.
  • Filter by Trip, Date range, Status (Pending, Confirmed, Deposit Paid, Completed, Cancelled), or Waiver (unsigned only).

Confirming or Declining a Booking

  1. Click any booking row to open the booking detail.
  2. Review the diver's profile: name, certification level, dives logged, emergency contact, and DAN number.
  3. Check payment status — Paid in full, Deposit only, or Pending payment.
  4. Click Confirm to accept. The diver receives a confirmation email and their QR boarding pass is generated.
  5. Click Decline to reject. Enter a short reason (optional). Any payment is automatically refunded via Stripe.

The Trip Manifest

Open the manifest from Bookings → Trip Manifest. It shows every confirmed diver (name, cert level, dives logged, emergency contact), check-in status, waiver status, seat/berth number, live weather, and revenue summary. Click Print Manifest for an offline backup.

Viewing Waiver Records

  1. Click the Waivers tab within Bookings.
  2. Browse or search by diver name or booking reference.
  3. Click any row to view the full signed waiver: text, drawn signature, name, and timestamp.
