Overview

Broadcasts let Standard and Premium subscribers send messages directly to their diver audience. Email and SMS channels are available on Standard and Premium plans. WhatsApp is available on Premium only. Use broadcasts for last-minute availability, trip reminders, weather updates, seasonal offers, and news about your operation.

Creating a New Broadcast

  1. Go to Broadcasts in your account.
  2. Click + New Broadcast.
  3. Choose your channel: Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
  4. Select your audience: All followers, Booked divers only, or Divers who booked a specific trip.
  5. Write your message (see tips below) and click Preview.
  6. Choose Send Now or Schedule for a future date and time.

Writing Tips

  • Email: Keep subject under 50 characters. Support bold/italic, hyperlinks, short paragraphs, and a booking link sign-off.
  • SMS: 160 characters per segment. Lead with the key info, include your business name, add a short URL if space allows.
  • WhatsApp: Conversational tone. Include a call-to-action and booking link.

Scheduled Broadcasts

Scheduled broadcasts appear in the Broadcasts list with a "Scheduled" badge. You can edit or cancel a scheduled broadcast up until it sends. After delivery, click the broadcast to see sent count, failed count, and (for email) open rate.
