Overview
Trip listings are the bookable experiences your divers discover in search results. You can create one-off trips, multi-day departures, or recurring weekly schedules. Standard accounts allow up to 5 active listings plus 10 drafts; Premium accounts have unlimited active and draft listings.
Step-by-Step: Creating a New Trip
- Go to Manage Trips in your account.
- Click + New Trip in the top-right corner.
- Enter the trip name, type (day trip, reef, wreck, liveaboard, course, snorkel, technical), departure date and time, meeting point, and expected return time.
- Set Total seat capacity and Minimum certification level required (Open Water, Advanced, Rescue, Divemaster). Divers below this level see a warning before booking.
- Set Pricing: price per seat, then choose Full payment at booking or Deposit + balance (set deposit % and days before departure balance is due).
- Add optional details: gear requirements, briefing notes, what is included (tanks, weights, guide, lunch, photos), and assign a Vessel from your fleet (Operator only).
- Click Publish to go live immediately, or Save Draft to review first.
Setting Up Recurring Trips
- When creating or editing a trip, toggle on Recurring.
- Select the repeat pattern: Daily, Weekly (choose days), or Custom.
- Set the end date for the recurring series, or leave it open-ended.
- Click Publish. Each occurrence is listed as a separate trip — divers book individual dates.
Cancelling a Published Trip
- Open the trip in Manage Trips and click Cancel Trip at the bottom.
- Confirm the cancellation. Stripe automatically refunds all confirmed bookings per your refund policy.
- This action cannot be undone.
