Overview

Your guide profile is your professional resume on ScubaDiverLink. Operators review your profile when deciding whether to accept your offer. A complete profile with verified certifications significantly increases your chances of winning trips.

Bio & Photos

  1. Upload a profile photo: clear head-and-shoulders shot in dive gear or professional attire. Minimum 400×400 px, max 5 MB, JPEG or PNG. Avoid sunglasses.
  2. Upload a banner image: wide action shot — underwater, on a liveaboard, or at a well-known dive site. Ideal 1400×400 px.
  3. Write your bio (150–400 words): years diving and guiding, locations and specific sites, types of diving you specialise in, languages you guide in, and certifications held.

Adding Certifications

  1. Click Certifications → + Add Certification.
  2. Select the agency (PADI, SSI, NAUI, TDI, CMAS, BSAC, SDI, etc.) and your level (Open Water Instructor, Divemaster, Course Director, Technical Instructor, etc.).
  3. Enter your certification number and issue date.
  4. Upload a photo of your certification card — clear, well-lit, showing your name and number.
  5. Click Save. The ScubaDiverLink team reviews submitted certifications within 1–2 business days. Once verified, a green Verified badge appears on your profile.
